Helen Foster

Helen trained in acting at LIPA after completing an undergraduate degree (BAhons) in Theatre & Performance at the University of Plymouth. 

 

She is a highly skilled actress and improviser with extensive experience in physical theatre, immersive theatre and clowning as well as in acting for stage and screen. 

 

Helen excels in devising and in ensemble settings as well as being able to carry emotionally demanding roles with nuance and subtlety. She has recieved critical acclaim for various stage performances during her 10+ year career, and consistently delivers an incredible energy and authenticity. 

 

She has a great ear for accents as well as a strong vocal technique and ability, and she can play guitar and accordion as an accompaniment.
