Lucy Ivison

Lucy is a ‘triple threat’ performer with excellent skills in acting, singing and dance. She trained in Musical Theatre at the Guildford School of Acting and can portray a wide range of roles in both straight acting and Musical Theatre contexts.

 

She has a strong contemporary sound with a vocal range of F3 - C6 (belt to C#5) and is very comfortable with Legit and Pop repertoire.

 

Lucy is a dance teacher and choreographer specialising in Contemporary dance, but is also trained in Jazz, Tap, and Ballet. She is extremely flexible and also has some contortion skills.

 

Her North East accent and natural dry wit give her a relatable, comic performance style, but she is highly versatile and has played more serious and tragic roles with great success. She has a good ear for picking up new dialects and has worked extensively in RP, heightened RP and General American.
