Tana Sirois

Tana Sirois is an award-winning American actor and theatre-maker. She holds a BA in Acting from The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts, and an MSc in Creative Arts & Mental Health from Queen Mary University of London. She is a company member of the international movement theatre collective The How, and a cast member of the feminist musical comedy troupe Broad Comedy (USA Tour, Off-Broadway at The SoHo Playhouse, NY Times Critic’s Pick). Film/TV credits include Elise (co-star) in the feature film Dead Whisper (Prime, Apple TV), and Alexis in Blue Bloods (CBS).
She originated the role of Alice in the NYC premiere of Painted Alice The Musical, played Nina in Stripped Script’s production of Stupid Fucking Bird (NY Innovative Theatre Award), Lais in the immersive production of Arrabal’s Garden Of Delights, and Judy in the NYC premiere of Easy Laughter. Her original play Crushing Baby Animals played in NYC at The Plaxall Gallery and The IRT theatre, and her physical theatre show, My Favorite Person ran in NYC at Culture Lab LIC and HERE Arts, and at Thuafier in Istanbul. Her autobiographical one-woman show, UnTethered, has gained critical acclaim playing in Istanbul (DasDas), in NYC (The Tank), in Edinburgh Festival Fringe (Greenside), and in London (Camden People’s Theatre, The Glitch), where it was nominated for a Fringe Theatre Award. www.tanasirois.com.
